Privacy Policy
This explains what Noexa Labs ("we") collects when you use Waluku and why. We collect as little as the service needs.
01What we collect
Account: your wallet addresses, sign-in sessions (only a hash of the session token is stored) and the time you linked a wallet.
Payments and credit: payer address, amount, network, transaction hash and time for each top-up and paid API call; a ledger of credit changes.
Proxy credentials: the username, an optional label, tier and creation time. The password is stored only as a hash and cannot be shown again.
Proxy usage: the amount charged per credential per short interval. We do not store the pages you visit or the content you send.
Technical logs: IP addresses and request details in server and proxy logs, including the destination host and port when a proxy connection fails, and rejected sign-ins. Logs are kept for debugging and abuse handling for up to 30 days.
02Why
To run the service, bill you correctly, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.
03Who sees it
Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: a cloud hosting provider (servers), Cloudflare (DNS and network), Infisical (secret storage) and NestJS Observe (error and performance monitoring). Traffic through the proxy reaches the sites you choose and the upstream proxy sources we use. Blockchain payments are public by nature: anyone can see wallet addresses and amounts on-chain.
04Your choices
You can unlink wallets and revoke proxy credentials in your account. To ask about or delete your data, write to [email protected]. Records of payments may have to be kept, and on-chain data cannot be erased.
05Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and, optionally, a stored theme setting in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
06Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
