Terms of Service
These terms cover the Waluku website, the data APIs (pay per call with x402) and the prepaid proxy service, all run by Noexa Labs ("we"). By using them you agree to these terms.
01Accounts
Your account is one or more crypto wallets you control. Signing in means signing a message with a wallet; we never hold your keys. You are responsible for everything done with your wallets and proxy credentials.
Use a regular wallet account (EOA). Smart-account and EIP-7702 wallets are not supported.
02Prepaid credit
You top up credit in USDC with an x402 payment. Credit is used for proxy traffic, billed per GB at the price shown on the proxy page when you create a credential. A credential keeps the price of its tier.
Top-ups are non-refundable and credit never expires. We do not offer refunds, including when the service is unavailable or ends.
Traffic is measured in batches a few seconds after it flows, so a connection can use a little more than your balance. The excess is deducted from your next top-up.
03API calls
API calls are paid per call with x402 and are settled on-chain before a successful response. A call that fails on our side is not settled. On-chain payments cannot be reversed by us.
04The service as provided
The service is provided as is and as available, with no uptime or speed guarantee. Proxy pools can change, shrink or become unavailable at any time and we make no promise about the location, type or quality of IP addresses.
Connections are plain proxy connections. The username and password reach the proxy unencrypted, so use a credential only for this service.
05Acceptable use
Do not use the proxy or APIs for anything illegal, to attack or overload other systems, to send spam or abuse, to access content or accounts without permission, or to evade our limits. You must follow the terms of the sites you reach.
Limits apply: up to 10 active credentials per account and 20 simultaneous connections per credential.
We may revoke credentials, block accounts or stop the service at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect abuse or to protect the service. Remaining credit is not refunded in that case.
06Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the credit you topped up in the 30 days before the claim.
07Changes and contact
We may change these terms or the prices; changes apply from the date shown above, and a credential keeps its price. Governing law: Indonesia. Contact: [email protected].
